Export duty rate on all fertilizers to total 23.5%, cut-off price to be $450/tonne - Russian industry and trade minister

MOSCOW. Nov 11 (Interfax) - The rate of the export duty on all types of fertilizers will total 23.5%, and the cut-off price will be $450 per tonne, Russian Deputy Prime Minister and Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov told journalists on the sidelines of the World Quality Day forum.

"The parameters have been worked through that should be taken into account by the second reading of the budget. The cut-off price above which the duty for all products will be calculated will be $450 [per tonne]. The size of the rate will total 23.5%. This concerns all mineral fertilizers. The parameters should be confirmed by a corresponding government resolution, a draft of which has already been prepared," Manturov said.
