MOSCOW. Nov 11 (Interfax) - The World Health Organization (WHO) has delivered more than 1,300 metric tonnes of medical supplies to Ukraine since the start of the crisis, WHO Representative and Head of the WHO Office in Ukraine Dr. Jarno Habicht said.

"WHO is one of the largest suppliers of medicines to Ukraine and has delivered more than 1,300 metric tonnes of medical supplies to the country since February 24, 2022," Habicht said in an interview with Ukrainian journalists.

These supplies include oxygen generators to ensure the continued functioning of intensive care units, power generators, surgical kits, essential medicines to treat chronic diseases, and ambulances, he said.

"Areas including Izyum, Liman, Kharkov and Svyatogorsk have been reached in the last few weeks with life-saving humanitarian supplies," Habicht said.
