USDA maintains outlook for Ukraine's grain production, exports in 2022/2023 MY in November report

MOSCOW. Nov 10 (Interfax) - The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) maintained its forecast for corn exports from Ukraine in the 2022/2023 marketing year (July 2022-June 2023) at 15.5 million tonnes and for overall corn harvest at 31.5 million tonnes in its November report.

Ukrainian media reported with reference to the report available on the USDA's website on Thursday that the agency maintained its estimate of domestic corn consumption in Ukraine at 9.5 million tonnes.

The USDA also maintained its outlook for the food-grade wheat harvest in Ukraine in the 2022/2023 marketing year at 20.5 million tonnes, its exports at 11 million tonnes, and domestic consumption at 5.5 million tonnes.

It also maintained its forecast for exports of feed grain from Ukraine in the 2022/2023 marketing year at 17.93 million tonnes and its overall harvest at 38.96 million tonnes.
