Ukrposhta resumes 90% of exports, 35% of imports since outbreak of crisis
MOSCOW. Nov 10 (Interfax) - Ukrposhta, the Ukrainian national postal service, resumed 90% of its exports and 35% of its imports and entered the top 27 postal operators by quality of EMS services (according to the PwC rating) since the beginning of the active phase of the crisis.
As the Ukrainian media reported, citing Ukrposhta's report during the Global Payments Week, the company resumed 90% of its exports and 35% of its imports, delivered 16.3 million parcels and 40 million letters throughout Ukraine, carried out 23.5 million operations with pensions and money transfers and delivered 1,800 tonnes of humanitarian aid.
Additionally, the company provided guarantees to global platforms that they would not block the Ukrainian market due to the crisis. After all, eBay, Shopify, Amazon and Etsy did not block Ukrainian sellers and allowed them to continue their operations.
