Russia ready for talks with Ukraine taking current reality into account - Russian Foreign Ministry

MOSCOW. Nov 9 (Interfax) - Moscow is willing to negotiate with Kiev taking the current reality into account, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.

"We remain open to negotiations. We have never given up on them. We are ready to conduct them, of course, taking into account the current reality," she said during a press briefing on Wednesday.

Zakharova thus commented on Berlin's previous statements "about the Russian party's lack of willingness to negotiate with Kiev, which demonstrates that willingness."
