Circulating digital rights on exchanges will require fulfilling number of conditions, including access clearance procedure, disclosure - Russian Central Bank

MOSCOW. Nov 7 (Interfax) - The public circulation of digital rights using the traditional exchange infrastructure is possible subject to fulfilling additional conditions aimed at protecting the rights of investors, according to the "Developing Russia's Digital Assets Market" report published by the Central Bank of Russia (CBR) for public discussion.

Among the conditions are complying with the procedure for access clearance of digital rights (digital certificates) to organized trading, as well as disclosing the necessary amount of information regarding the issuer/issue of digital assets, according to the CBR's published document.

"The final decision on the regulatory framework for the circulation of digital rights on organized trading is planned following discussions with market participants," according to the document.
