ZN-Vostok to start developing Iran's Shadegan field in 2023 - Novak

GROZNY. Nov 1 (Interfax) - ZN-Vostok LLC will start developing the Shadegan oil field in Iran next year, Deputy Russian Prime Minister Alexander Novak told reporters following a meeting of the intergovernmental commission of the two countries.

"There are various specifics, for example, Shadegan will be developed from next year. This is 7 million tonnes. ZN-Vostok [will develop it]," Novak said.

The Shadegan field is located in Khuzestan Province. Tatneft and Zarubezhneft offered to develop it a few years ago.
