Oskar Hartmann resigns from Moscow Exchange supervisory board

MOSCOW. Nov 1 (Interfax) - Oskar Hartmann, founder and president of the Hartmann investment company, has resigned, as per personal statement, from the supervisory board of the Moscow Exchange as of November 1, according to information on the exchange's website.

Hartmann was first elected to the board in April 2020, and was re-elected in 2021 and 2022. Hartmann was one of three members on the current supervisory board that had been in the previous composition.

Hartmann was an independent member of the supervisory board who served on the respective committees for strategic planning, appointments and remuneration, as well as technical policy.

The Moscow Exchange's shareholders approved twelve directors as part of the composition of the exchange's supervisory board during the repeated annual general meeting held on June 6 in the form of absentee balloting.
