Restrictions on flights to southern Russian airports extended until Nov 9

MOSCOW. Nov 1 (Interfax) - The Federal Air Transport Agency has again extended the ban on flights to the airports in central and southern Russia, this time until November 9, the agency press service said on Tuesday.

The airports of Anapa, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Gelendzhik, Krasnodar, Kursk, Lipetsk, Rostov-on-Don, Simferopol and Elista remain closed.

The agency restricted their operation on February 24, the day the military operation in Ukraine began.
