Kazakhstan's Bank CenterCredit appoints new CEO after merger with ECO Center Bank

ALMATY. Oct 26 (Interfax) - The board of directors of Bank CenterCredit (BCC) has announced the resignation of Galim Khusainov as chairman of the executive board, and Ruslan Vladimirov, who previously headed ECO Center Bank, has been appointed the bank's new CEO, BCC said on Wednesday.

"Bank CenterCredit has completed the scheduled changes to the executive board after the completion of integration with ECO Center Bank. As per the decision of the BCC board of directors, Ruslan Vladimirov has been appointed chairman of the executive board," the bank said.

BCC purchased Alfa Bank (Kazakhstan) in May 2022 and renamed it Eco Center Bank, which was later taken over by BCC through re-organization.

BCC ranked seventh among the 22 second-tier banks operating in Kazakhstan as on June 1, 2022, according to the National Bank.
