Softline purchasing Indian cybersecurity co

MOSCOW. Oct 10 (Interfax) - IT solutions provider Softline is acquiring Value Point Systems, an Indian company that provides services in the sphere of cybersecurity and digital infrastructure, the company said in a statement.

The value of the deal has not been disclosed. Acquisition of the company will allow Softline to expand the amount of services provided on the Indian market.

Value Point Systems has around 2,000 local clients. Its technological partners are Cisco, Hewlett Packard Enterprise , Microsoft, and other IT companies.

Softline held an IPO at the end of October 2021, bringing in $400 million. The company has offices worldwide. Softline has currently begun dividing its business into Russian and international and plans to complete the process in November 2022.
