Evraz CFO Ivanov leaves co and board of directors, Daria Kim appointed VP of finance

MOSCOW. Oct 3 (Interfax) - Evraz CFO Nikolai Ivanov has left the company's board of directors and the company itself, an official spokesperson for Evraz told Interfax.

Ivanov left the board of directors on September 30, Evraz said. There are now two directors left on the board, independent director Andrei Loboda, a practicing attorney and managing partner with Loboda, Filimonov & Partners, and Alexei Ivanov, the head of the company.

Daria Kim has been appointed the new vice president of finance at Evraz. She was previously the deputy vice president of finance, appointed in September 2021, Evraz said.

Kim joined the company in 2015 as the treasury and corporate finance director. Prior to that, she held various leading roles in the financial divisions of Severstal , Mechel , and Freight One.

Nikolai Ivanov was appointed vice president of finance at Evraz in November 2016. He had worked for VimpelCom since 2013 prior to that and worked at TNK-BP for more than ten years in various roles, including as first deputy executive vice president for exploration and production.
