Restrictions on flights to southern Russian airports extended until Oct 10
MOSCOW. Sept 30 (Interfax) - The Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) has again extended the ban on flights to the airports in central and southern Russia, this time until October 10, the agency press service said.
The airports of Anapa, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Gelendzhik, Krasnodar, Kursk, Lipetsk, Rostov-on-Don, Simferopol and Elista remain closed.
Rosaviatsiya imposed the ban on February 24, the day the military operation in Ukraine began.
