Subsidiary of Turkey's Brox to build industrial steam boiler plant in Ivanovo Region for 680 mln rubles

IVANOVO. Sept 29 (Interfax) - The Investment Commission of Ivanovo Region has approved a project by Brox LLC to build a plant to manufacture steam-generating gas-tube boilers in Furmanov at an overall cost of 680 million rubles, the regional government reported.

The new plant will have capacity to build 50 boilers that "meet world standards," the press release said. Industrial steam boilers are used in many sectors, including construction, the oil industry, wood processing, the utilities sector and at food and dairy plants, it said, citing a representative of the investor.

The company plans to complete construction in the fourth quarter of 2024. The project is expected to create 62 jobs.

Brox's parent company in Turkey manufactures gas-tube boilers under the Brox brand, the press release said.

Brox LLC was registered in Furmanov in June 2022 with charter capital of 100,000 rubles. The company's founders are local firm Mirtex LLC and Turkey's Brox Makine Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi, data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities showed.
