Raiffeisenbank to replace J.P. Morgan subsidiary as custodian for several Russian DR programs
MOSCOW. Sept 21 (Interfax) - JSC Raiffeisenbank will become the custodian bank for the depositary receipt programs of several Russian issuers, J.P. Morgan, whose Russian subsidiary is being transferred to Raiffeisenbank to perform these functions, said in a statement.
The changes take effect on September 23.
The specific depositary receipt programs concern Magnit , MTS , Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port (NCSP), and Rosneft , according to the statement.
