Moscow court upholds 21.7-bln-ruble fine on Google over failure to remove false info from YouTube

MOSCOW. Sept 9 (Interfax) - Moscow's Tagansky District Court upheld on Friday a 21.7-billion-ruble turnover-based fine on Google over a repeat administrative offense: a breach of the restrictions on accessing forbidden information.

"A ruling by a justice of the peace, who found Google LLC guilty of an administrative offense and imposed an administrative fine of 21,770,392,317 rubles, has been upheld, and the company's appeal has been dismissed," court press secretary Zulfia Gurinchuk told Interfax.
