Russia's Finance Ministry plans to resume placing federal loan bonds in Sept - Maximov

MOSCOW. Sept 8 (Interfax) - Russia's Finance Ministry plans to return to the primary market in September after having not placed Russian federal loan bonds (OFZ) since February, Deputy Finance Minister Timur Maximov said on Thursday at the Moscow Financial Forum.

Maximov did not name the potential volume of the first placements, though he did note that the Finance Ministry would proceed cautiously on the market.
