Restrictions on flights to southern Russian airports extended until Sept 10
MOSCOW. Sept 2 (Interfax) - The Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) has again extended the ban on flights to airports in central and southern Russia, this time until September 10, the agency press service said on Friday.
The airports of Anapa, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Gelendzhik, Krasnodar, Kursk, Lipetsk, Rostov-on-Don, Simferopol and Elista stay closed.
Rosaviatsiya restricted the airports' operation on February 24, the day the Russian special military operation in Ukraine began.
