Rosaviatsiya extends restrictions on flights to southern Russian airports until Sept 4
MOSCOW. Aug 26 (Interfax) - The Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) has again extended restrictions on flights to the airports of central and southern Russia, this time until September 4.
The flights remain suspended to the airports of Anapa, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Gelendzhik, Krasnodar, Kursk, Lipetsk, Rostov-on-Don, Simferopol and Elista.
Rosaviatsiya first imposed the restrictions on February 24, the day the Russian special military operation in Ukraine began.
