Belarusian agricultural equipment in high demand in Russia - Lukashenko

MINSK. Aug 8 (Interfax) - The entire line of Belarusian agricultural equipment and parts for it are in high demand in Russia as Western producers leave the Russian market, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said.

"The Germans, the Americans that bought factories there have left Russia. The market has opened up here. The industry minister reports that we don't have time to make the parts for Rostselmash in Russia that they're asking us to make at Gomselmash," Lukashenko was quoted as saying by the Belarusian presidential press service when visiting Miory Rolling Mill on Monday.

"Demand for our products is huge. It's a time of possibilities, and only those who run will come out of the crisis stronger. If we walk, they'll catch up to us, flatten us, and trample us," he said.
