Ukraine needs $9 bln within 3 months for infrastructure recovery - Zelensky's advisor

MOSCOW. July 18 (Interfax) - Ukraine needs $9 billion within the next three months for rebuilding its infrastructure, presidential economic advisor Oleh Ustenko said.

"Ukraine needs $9 billion within the next three months. We're doing all we can to recover," Ukrainian media quoted Ustenko as saying on social media in presenting a summary of his interview for The Financial Times.

"We need construction, infrastructure, and a minimum unconditional basic income for each person. Ukraine is greatly thankful to our foreign allies for their support. However, as winter draws near, Ukraine will need more financial support," Ustenko said.
