Number of Russian deputy premiers cut from 11 to 10 - decree

MOSCOW. July 15 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree changing the structure of the federal executive authorities.

In accordance with a decree published on the Kremlin's website, the prime minister will now have ten deputies instead of 11.

Putin appointed Denis Manturov deputy prime minister - minister of industry and trade, with a relevant decree was published on the Kremlin website.

Meanwhile, Yury Borisov was relieved of his duties as Russian prime minister and appointed director general of the state corporation Roscosmos.

Putin signed a relevant decree on Friday. The document entered into force immediately.

Earlier on Friday, the president signed a decree relieving Dmitry Rogozin of his duties as head of the state corporation Roscosmos.
