Ukrainian PM invites USAID to co-fund grants supporting Ukrainian businesses
MOSCOW. July 15 (Interfax) - Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal has urged the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to co-fund grants supporting small and medium businesses in Ukraine in a conversation with USAID Administrator Samantha Power.
"The Ukrainian economy is functioning. During the conversation with Samantha Power told about support grants for small and medium enterprises in Ukraine, invited USAID to join co-financing. Discussed Ukraine's recovery. Thanked our partners for comprehensive help," Ukrainian media outlets quoted Shmyhal as saying on social media on Thursday evening.
