Zelensky appoints envoy on Mideast and Africa
MOSCOW. July 13 (Interfax) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Maksym Subkh special representative of Ukraine on Middle East and Africa, Ukrainian media have reported with reference to a presidential decree dated July 12 and available on the presidential website.
