Six Russian suppliers secure right to export seafood to China - Rosselkhoznadzor

MOSCOW. July 13 (Interfax) - Another six Russian vessels and enterprises that produce and store fish and other seafood have been added to the list of suppliers of fishing and aquaculture products to China.

The expansion of the list was approved by China's General Administration of Customs (GACC) on July 12, Russian plant and animal health watchdog Rosselkhoznadzor reported. This is the fourth expansion this year of the list of Russian companies that export seafood to China.

There are a total of 857 Russian vessels and enterprises that produce, transport and store chilled and frozen fishing and aquaculture products in the Chinese registry.

Rosselkhoznadzor said it is continuing efforts to further expand the list of Russian businesses that have the right to export to China.
