Uzbek president dismisses head of his administration

TASHKENT. July 8 (Interfax) - Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has relieved his administration head Zainilobiddin Nizomiddinov of duties, presidential press secretary Sherzod Asadov said on Friday.

"Zainilobiddin Nizomiddinov was relieved of his duties as head of the presidential administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan by a decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan due to change of jobs for health reasons," Asadov said on his Telegram channel.

Zainilobiddin Nizomiddinov, born in 1974, was appointed head of the Uzbek presidential administration in 2018.
