Biden congratulates American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine on jubilee

MOSCOW. July 6 (Interfax) - U.S. President Joe Biden has congratulated the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine on the 30th anniversary, nothing that the Chamber's work has been helping the Ukrainian fight for freedom.

"It is my honor to congratulate the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine as you celebrate your 30th anniversary. This historic milestone comes at a time when the relationship between the United States and Ukraine is stronger than ever and is being tested more than ever," Ukrainian media outlets quoted Biden's letter as saying.

"The work of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine has never been more important. Thank you for being a vital resource for Ukrainians as they strive to overcome these unprecedented challenges and build free markets to serve free people everywhere," he said.

"As you mark this milestone anniversary, know that I am grateful for your efforts in promoting a robust partnership between our two countries and for your commitment to rebuilding a free, peaceful, and prosperous Ukraine. By advancing commercial cooperation and supporting mutual economic growth through exports and jobs, you are also helping Ukrainians in their fight for freedom. Our nation and the world are truly inspired by the perseverance of you staff, your member-companies, and your employees and their families. Thank you for all that you have done and for all that you will continue to do in the years ahead," Biden said.
