Delovye Linii launches new regular service from Germany, to Turkey and Iran

MOSCOW. July 6 (Interfax) - One of Russia's largest transportation groups, Delovye Linii has launched new routes for regular freight shipments from abroad, including to Turkey and Iran, the company said.

"Now the group of companies delivers freight in containers on a regular basis from Germany, by air to Turkey and Iran and to the American continents, as well as in the return direction. And to Turkey and back shipment is possible both by sea, and by truck or railway container," the company said.

The group also recently launched a service to deliver consolidated container loads from China, both by sea and railway. The company is also shipping by air and truck to Georgia, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.

Delivery times vary upwards from four days depending on the route, and shipments on most routes are made once a week, the company said, adding that the offering is aimed at legal entities and commercial freight shipments.

Delovye Linii Group, which has been in operation since 2001, is headquartered in St. Petersburg. The group, which is on the list of system Russian transport companies, has more than 240 divisions in over 180 Russian cities. It has a fleet of 4,000 trucks and 20,000 employees.
