Court bans activities of Communist Party of Ukraine

MOSCOW. July 5 (Interfax) - The Eighth Court of Appeal of Lviv has banned the activities of the Communist Party of Ukraine.

"We announce that the court has granted the lawsuit of the Ukrainian Justice Ministry and banned the activities of the Communist Party of Ukraine; funds and other assets of the party, its regional, city, regional organizations, primarily organizations and other structural entities have been transferred to the property of the state," the court said on it social network page.
