Ukrtransnafta pays 283 mln hryvni to Naftogaz in dividends for 2021

MOSCOW. July 4 (Interfax) - Ukrtransnafta, the operator of the Ukrainian oil transport system, has paid 283 million hryvni in dividends to Naftogaz of Ukraine as its sole shareholder, based on its business and financial performance in 2021.

"This sum is equal to 95% of the company's earnings in 2021," Ukrainian media reported with reference to the company's social media post on Saturday.

Naftogaz decided to pay dividends on April 27, 2022, Ukrtransnafta said.
