MOSCOW. June 23 (Interfax) - The Russian government has submitted a bill to the State Duma, proposing developing a Russian applications store, which will be pre-installed on gadgets sold in Russia.

"The bill proposes creating a Russian applications store, which will always be pre-installed on technical gadgets [sold in Russia]. Simultaneously, software from the list approved by federal authorities will be uploaded to this app store," according to an explanatory note to the bill, which was submitted to the State Duma on Wednesday.
