En+ hydropower generation at high level - top manager

MOSCOW. June 22 (Interfax) - The hydropower generation of En+ Group is at a normal, high level, head of the En+ energy division Mikhail Khardikov told Interfax.

The water level at hydropower plants in Angarsk is consistently high, and the water levels at the hydropower plants in Baikal and Bratsk are higher than average, Khardikov said. "Therefore usable capacity at the Angarsk hydropower plants is currently at the maximum possible level," he said.

Meanwhile, the water level on the Yenisey is at the average yearly level or even slightly lower, Khardikov said.

En+ Group has not published its production results for the first quarter of 2022. The company's electricity production in 2021 rose 10% compared to 2020 to 90.4 billion kilowatt-hours. Hydropower plants generated 77.7 billion kilowatt-hours (12.1%).
