First Vkusno & Tochka restaurants replacing former McDonald's open in St. Petersburg

ST. PETERSBURG. June 22 (Interfax) - The first restaurants replacing the former McDonald's restaurants in Russia, Vkusno & Tochka [Tasty, that's it], began operating in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region on Wednesday.

"Today we are opening 14 enterprises in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region; and in the near future, we plan to open all enterprises in our region. I would like to note that we have retained all positions, and this is more than 5,500 employees who will continue to work and develop in our company," Alexei Yegorov, director of network production in the Northwest region, said at the opening ceremony of the restaurant on Kamennoostrovsky Prospekt.

As of today, there are twelve restaurants in St. Petersburg and two in the Leningrad Region that are serving fast food lovers.
