Ukraine sends completed Eurovision 2023 questionnaire to EBU

MOSCOW. June 16 (Interfax) - Kyiv has provided the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) with the required answers to the hosting questionnaire regarding the Eurovision 2023 Song Contest.

"We have given detailed answers to security questions and other organization-related nuances and have offered several venues," the Ukrainian media quoted Ukraine's Minister of Culture and Information Policy Oleksandr Tkachenko as saying on Telegram.

The authorities realize that organizing the Eurovision Song Contest in Ukraine in a challenge under today's circumstances, Tkachenko said.

"But we have accepted this challenge, and I am confident that the Eurovision will be held in Ukraine to the highest standard," the minister said.

As reported, the Ukrainian band Kalush Orchestra won the Eurovision 2022 Song Contest in Turin, Italy, with its song Stefania, thus making Ukraine the Eurovision 2023 host.
