Exchange of Britons, sentenced to death in DPR, not being discussed, no reason for pardoning them - DPR head Pushilin

MOSCOW. June 16 (Interfax) - The authorities of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) are not planning to either exchange or pardon British nationals Shaun Pinner and Aiden Aslin who have been sentenced to death.

"I see no reason for that," DPR head Denis Pushilin told Interfax in response to a question whether the DPR administration would pardon the Britons who surrendered in Mariupol.

As to whether their exchange is possible, Pushilin said, "This is not even being discussed."
