Pavel Golubkov transfers 26% of Samolet shares to self from Cypriot company

MOSCOW. June 8 (Interfax) - Pavel Golubkov has transferred 26.258% of the shares in Samolet to himself from Cyprus-based Dorstagen Limited, the Russian real estate developer said in a statement.

Golubkov retains an overall stake of 31.053% in Samolet when accounting for the 4.795% stake that remains with Dorstagen Limited.

Samolet announced on Tuesday that the company's board of directors had recommended paying dividends of 41 rubles per share for Q1 2022, totaling 2.5 billion rubles, with the dividend record date set on July 11.

Samolet Group is second in Russia in terms of the volume of current construction. The largest shareholders are Mikhail Kenin and Pavel Golubkov. The company's shares have been traded on the Moscow Exchange since autumn 2020.
