Alexander Govor receives 100% of firm that requested FAS clearance to buy McDonald's Russian business

KEMEROVO. June 1 (Interfax) - The businessman Alexander Govor has received a 100% stake in LLC Club Hotel, the company that has asked the Federal Anti-monopoly Service for clearance to buy the McDonald's Russian business, according to an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated June 1.

Svetlana Govor previously owned the 100% stake in LLC Club Hotel.

The change of ownership took place on May 31.

Earlier in May, American McDonald's Corp. agreed to sell its business in Russia to Alexander Govor, who was the company's franchisee partner and had managed 25 restaurants in Siberia since 2015.
