Russian bailiffs report full collection of 7.7-bln-ruble fine from Google

MOSCOW. May 26 (Interfax) - Russian bailiffs have fully collected fines amounting to 7.7 billion rubles from Google for multiple refusals to remove content prohibited in Russia.

According to the database of the Federal Bailiff Service, the enforcement procedure aimed to collect 7.2 billion rubles as a turnover-based fine and 505 million rubles as a collection fee from Google has been completed, which means the company has paid its debt.

The Federal Bailiff Service and Google have been unavailable for comment to Interfax just yet.
