Zelensky criticizes West, says Ukraine content with China's policy

KYIV. May 25 (Interfax) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he believes that there is no united West today.

"Is there unity on the European continent regarding the future of Ukraine? I don't see it at the moment. Look at Finland and Sweden. They have decided to join NATO. Is there unity on the accession of Finland and Sweden to NATO? No, there isn't. So, is there a strong united West? No, there isn't," Zelensky said by video link on Wednesday at the Ukrainian Breakfast on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos.

At the same time, Kyiv is content with China's policy to stay away from the Ukraine-Russia conflict, he said.

"We are content with this status quo. I don't see any steps that China would be taking against Ukraine," Zelensky said.
