PhosAgro gets permission to maintain listing abroad

MOSCOW. May 20 (Interfax) - PhosAgo has secured official permission from the Russian government's Commission on Monitoring Foreign Investment to maintain its program of depositary receipts and circulation of securities issues as part of the program, the fertilizer company said in a statement.

The permission has been granted for an indefinite term.

Earlier, permission to maintain listings was issues to Nornickel , Tatneft , Novatek , NLMK , Polyus , Mechel , Severstal , Lenta , En+ , and AFK Sistema .

PhosAgro's competitor, Acron , decided to waive its GDR listing on the London Stock Exchange and expects that the final day of GDR circulation will be May 24.
