Ozon appoints general directors for main Russian legal entities, group still managed by collective body

MOSCOW. May 13 (Interfax) - Ozon Managing Director Sergei Belyakov has become the general director of Ozon Holdings PLC, according to the Russian Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

According to the register, Internet Solutions LLC, the company's main operating entity, also has a new general director, Sergei Pankov, who manages commerce within the group.

Former Ozon CEO Alexander Shulgin was previously the general director of both of these entities. Shulgin left the company in April of this year after personal sanctions were imposed on him by the European Union and Australia.

An Ozon representative confirmed the change in general directors to Interfax, saying that Russian legislation stipulates that legal entities have general directors.

The group continues to be managed by a collective body composed of Ozon top managers following Shulgin's exit, Ozon's press service said. The management body is responsible for making strategic decisions and managing the company's operational activities. Its current composition has not been made public.

Pankov joined the Ozon team in 2019 and Belyakov in 2021.
