Irkut board of directors recommends not paying out dividends for 2021

MOSCOW. May 12 (Interfax) - The board of directors of PJSC Irkut , part of PJSC United Aircraft Corporation , has recommended to shareholders that the company not pay out dividends for 2021, the aircraft corporation said in a statement.

"Dividends on ordinary shares of PJSC Irkut Corporation for 2021 will not be paid," according to the statement.
