Rozanov of AFK Sistema, Petropavlovsk head Alexandrov, Germanovich nominated for Nornicke's board

MOSCOW. April 29 (Interfax) - Petropavlovsk head Denis Alexandrov, former AFK Sistema managing partner Vsevolod Rozanov, Green Energy CEO Alexei Ivanov, and Alexei Germanovich have been nominated for Nornickel's board of directors as independent directors, the mining and metallurgical company said in a statement.

Nornickel's head of financial control, Egor Sheibak, who is also the deputy chairman of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Committee on Competition Development, has also been nominated.

Gareth Penny, head of the board since 2013, left it earlier along with foreign independent directors.
