Enel Russia legal director Zhanna Sedova to become CEO as of May 1

MOSCOW. April 29 (Interfax) - The board of directors of PJSC Enel Russia has decided to terminate the authority of the company's current CEO Stephane Zweguintzow as of May 1, the power-generating company said in a disclosure.

Zhanna Sedova, Director for Legal Affairs and Corporate Relations of Enel Russia, will be appointed as the new CEO upon Zweguintzow's departure.
