Drone flights prohibited in Transdniestria without State Security Ministry's authorization
TIRASPOL. April 28 (Interfax) - Drone flights have been prohibited in Transdniestria without the State Security Ministry's authorization; head of the unrecognized Transdniestrian Moldovan Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky has signed the respective order.
The restrictions have been imposed in the context of a red alert due to the threat of terrorism in Transdniestria, Krasnoselsky's press service said.
Explosions rocked the edifice of the Transdniestrian State Security Ministry on April 25, and two other explosions damaged radio re-transmission antennas on April 26. There were no casualties in either incident.
The Transdniestrian Investigative Committee opened criminal cases, and Krasnoselsky signed an order to declare 15 days of red alert due to the threat of terrorism.
