Acron to delist GDRs from LSE after close of trading on May 24
MOSCOW. April 27 (Interfax) - Acron is planning to file a request with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to delist its global depositary receipts (GDRs) from trading on the London Stock Exchange, the fertilizer producer said in a statement.
The company expects that the last day its GDRs will be in circulation on the exchange will be May 24.
