MMK to file request to maintain GDR listing

MOSCOW. April 25 (Interfax) - Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) plans to submit an application to maintain the listing of its depositary receipts outside Russia, the company said.

"As provided by Law 114-FZ, MMK intends to submit an application to continue its depositary receipts trading outside Russia in compliance with the procedure established by the Russian government. At the same time, MMK cannot guarantee that such an application will be satisfied," MMK said in a statement.

The company's GDRs are traded on the London Stock Exchange.
