Independent director Marjan Oudeman leaves NLMK board

MOSCOW. April 22 (Interfax) - Independent NLMK director Marjan Oudeman has decided to resign from the steelmaker's board of directors.

The powers of the other members of the board have not been terminated, the company said in a statement. A decision on a new composition of the board of directors will be made at the company's annual general meeting in June 2022.

Marjan Oudeman had been a member of NLMK's Board of Directors since 2018. From 2013 to 2017, she served as President of the Executive Board of Utrecht University (Netherlands), from 2010 to 2013, she was a member of the Executive Committee of AkzoNobel, and prior to that, a member of the Executive Committee of Corus Group, as well as CEO of Corus Nederland BV.

According to NLMK's website, Vladimir Lisin was the majority owner of the company as of November 1, 2021.
