Interros to buy 40% of IT firm Reksoft, form partnership

MOSCOW. April 21 (Interfax) - Interros, the group controlled by Russian billionaire Vladimir Potanin, is acquiring a 40% stake in technology company Reksoft, one of Russia's leading independent developers of digital solutions, the group said on Thursday.

The price of the deal was not disclosed.

Interros and Reksoft have entered into a partnership agreement to establish the leading independent player on the Russian market for digital consulting, software development and corporate digital transformation projects.

Reksoft founder and co-owner Alexander Yegorov will serve as the company's managing partner and control more than 50% of the business together with the company's management.
