Armenian and Azerbaijani FMs discuss preparations for peace talks - Yerevan

YEREVAN. April 11 (Interfax) - Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov held a phone conversation on Monday.

"The ministers exchanged opinions on issues concerning the formation of a commission for the delimitation and security of the border," the Armenian Foreign Ministry's press service said.

Mirzoyan and Bayramov discussed preparations for peace talks and humanitarian issues, the press service said.

The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has also released its statement regarding the Bayramov-Mirzoyan phone call.

"The ministers exchanged opinions on the work to prepare a future peace treaty and the organization of the joint border commission and the commission on humanitarian issues as a follow-up to the agreements reached by the leaders of the two countries," the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said.
